Henry Ford Museum to open new auto exhibit
When Bob Casey set out to redesign the Henry Ford's automotive exhibit for the first time in 25 years, he wanted to find a 1978 Dodge Omni. Why? The Omni was the first front-wheel drive hatchback with a diagonally-mounted engine produced by a domestic automaker. There was only one problem: An original Omni proved to be one of the most difficult vehicles Casey has ever had to locate.
